This was a buyers home inspection. On time and did a thorough job! My report was ready the next day, and Tim was available for any questions I might have. Would recommend and use them again. 👍🏻👍🏻

Tim is very thorough and quick. It was easy to get an appt. For some reason, previous owners did not leave the power on and he went the "extra mile" to go back and finish inspection in the afternoon. Once the inspection was completed I received the report next day. The report was very comprehensive, including photos & videos. They also included suggestions that were very helpful. The report was easy to read. His price was better than another Co.'s and I've got a great quality report. I wish I had the option to do this inspection before anything else when I found the house. But thanks to this detailed report we know what to focus on. Also they have a very easy to use online portal to access reports, schedule, and make payments. I think he was the best option for me and I would recommend him and CHS anytime.
